Contractor Liability & Indemnification Agreement

By registering as a contractor on Valley Home Pros, you acknowledge and agree that Valley Home Pros is a directory and connection platform only. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, or warrant any work performed by contractors listed on this platform. You, the contractor, assume ALL liability for any and all work you perform, including but not limited to: the quality, safety, timeliness, compliance with local, provincial, and federal building codes and laws, permits, sub-contractor management, injuries, property damage, theft, defects, delays, and any disputes with homeowners. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valley Home Pros, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any work, communications, or transactions undertaken through the platform. You confirm that you carry, or will obtain prior to performing any work, all required licenses, business permits, WorkSafeBC coverage (where applicable), and general liability insurance appropriate for your trade in British Columbia. Valley Home Pros does not verify these credentials and makes no guarantee about any contractor's qualifications. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
